Patient Experience Administrator

Location: Hull  Job Type: 4 Month Contract (May be Extended)  Salary: £22,500 - £24,882


Quality Personnel are currently recruiting for a Patient Experience Administrator to work in the centre of Hull, this is a band 4 NHS role and a full DBS is essential.

The Patient Experience Administrator will support the operational delivery of a high quality Patient Relations Service; including Patient Advice and Liaison (PALS) and complaints resolution as well as the management of MP correspondence. The post holder will have a key role and will provide an efficient and confidential high-level business administrative service to support the work of staff in the quality team, primarily supporting the Patient Relations Manager and Lead for Patient Experience.

Essential Qualifications:

Educated to diploma level - or equivalent experience.

Advanced knowledge of business administration or equivalent experience of undertaking non- routine administrative procedures and complex problemsolving in a busy work setting

Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act

RSA level 3, or equivalent experience to demonstrate ability to produce minutes and reports to a professional standard and in a timely manner

ECDL or equivalent IT qualification/s

Essential Experience:

Previous experience of working in the NHS/ healthcare.

Understanding of NHS records management requirements.

Experience of developing networks, relationship building and working across organisational boundaries.
