Production Operative

Location: Hull National Avenue       Job Type: Temporary Ongoing      Salary: £9.78 P/H PLUS

Quality Personnel are always looking out for hard working, enthusiastic Production Operatives to work at one of the countries leading companies in the manufacturing of domestic and commercial heating products: Ideal Heating.

We operate an annualised calendar, which means that you can expect to work either 4 or 5 days a week (Monday – Friday only) on a shift-based system working days and nights.

Main Duties Include:

· Assembling Central Heating Boilers using component parts

· Working as part of a team

· Contributing ideas to the team

· Contributing to Health and Safety within the team

· Ensuring that housekeeping standards are always adhered to (5S)

Skills Required:

· Must have previous experience in a manufacturing / assembling

· Able to comprehend written English

· Committed to achieving the highest standards of quality

· Able to commit to a working pattern that will include shift work

· Able to work as part of a team

· Committed to achieving excellent levels of attendance and punctuality

· Able to communicate well

· Demonstrable ability to follow procedures

Pay Rate

Week 1- 12

Day shift £9.78, Night Shift £11.74, Overtime £13.01, Saturday £13.70 and Sunday £17.61

Week 13-26

Day shift £12.62, Night Shift £15.14, Overtime £16.78, Saturday £18.93 and Sunday £25.24

Week 27+

Day shift £14.04, Night Shift £16.84, Overtime £18.67, Saturday £21.05 and Sunday £28.07
