Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Quality Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to deal with Inbound calls only, and help provide an excellent customer service experience for the customers of a growing boiler manufacturer based in West Hull.

Hours per week: 40.75hrs Monday to Friday, 1 weekend in 3 to work, with days off in lieu for weekends worked. First 4 weeks is 40hrs Monday to Friday (Paid Training)

Core hours are Monday - Friday, hours between 8.00am - 6.00pm

For this position, we are looking for individuals with previous experience in Customer Service roles, preferably candidates with experience of dealing with queries and resolving issues, this includes any retail experience.

Skills required are:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Updating systems
  • Entering Data
  • Fault finding
  • Being able to work in a Call Centre Environment
  • Taking inbound calls

The main purpose of the role is to retrieve all information needed from calls to be able to resolve queries and issues quickly with while maintaining high levels of customer service.
